Castle Hill Technologies is currently seeking Field Service Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting customers facing production issues, downtimes, and various automation troubleshooting scenarios. Additionally, you will collaborate with our team to implement new project-based solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you can expect to engage in daily travel to customer locations, including the possibility of overnight stays.
Perform field service tasks such as repair, installation, and maintenance
Perform troubleshooting and emergency services at client sites
Diagnose machinery problems and determine if it is mechanical or electrical
Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
Oversee repairs and technical improvements
Review reports and documentation from customers, and inspects malfunctioning product to determine nature and scope of problems
Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs
Work with networking components, including but not limited to Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet
Troubleshoot, program and install PLCs, including but not limited to Allen-Bradley and Siemens processors
Troubleshoot, Program and install VFD’s including but not limited to PowerFlex, Schneider, ABB, and other
Troubleshoot and repair HMI or SCADA screens and applications
Troubleshoot, calibrate, test, repair, and improve sensing, measurements, and actuation devices
